I am the solution and the ease. I wonder who is in need? I hear anger. I see opportunity. I wan them to get out.

Wow, such an awesome comparison of two opposite feelings. This is exactly how a mind feels (conflicted) and torn between two choices i.e. staying angry or becoming peaceful, listening to the calm voices as elaborated in your poem.
Btw, “KISSY” is your nick name from childhood or you gave it to yourself? People must be “kissing” you the moment you (on cheeks, of course, no dirty mind) mention it. Right? 🙂 I might also name someone very special in my life that one… gives me all kinds of ideas… lols!
